Full administration, deal structuring / placing, research, marketing, and alternative product back up mean that all you have to do is SELL and DEVELOP OTHER PEOPLE.

Recognising that in order to facilitate the expansion sought requires a fundamental progression in the business model, Norton Folgate now wishes to recruit six, high quality individuals ( four in England, one in Scotland and one in Wales )  to guide a field based team of FRANCHISEES to be recruited in the coming months. Initially reporting direct to the Managing Director, the successful applicants will have first and foremost the absolute desire to build and develop a region whilst enthusiastically producing good volumes themselves from the outset. They will take part in the training and development of a motivated, entrepreneurial regional unit that have paid for a franchise and therefore deserve the best whilst producing acceptable volume and profits via a mixture of self generated and company provided opportunities.

Capable of Developing Dealer Introduced and Direct Business
Looking for a Move Into Management
